This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
For Maintenance - Granite Surface Plates and Rockwell Hardness Tester
Description:
The purpose of this requirement is to purchase the necessary services to inspect and recertify 18 Granite surface plates and 1 Rockwell Hardness Tester. The plates may need to be resurfaced to restore them to the specified grade. See the Statement of Work (SOW) for complete details of services to be quoted on.
The award period of performance will be for one year. The award will include four option years for a maximum contract term of five years.
This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 23-01.

Small Business Size Standard: $34 million
A full description of the services required, line item numbers, quantities, and place of performance is included in the attached documents. PLEASE READ ALL ATTACHMENTS CAREFULLY.
QUOTATION MUST CONFORM to requirements in the attached form SF1449. You must place quotation amounts on Page 3 and SIGN Page 1. QUOTATION MUST BE INCLUDED FOR EVERY CLIN, INCLUDING OPTION YEARS. FILL IN EVERY BLANK on Page 3. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE QUOTE AS TECHNICALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Breakouts required should be included as an attachment.
Contractors must meet all requirements for technical specifications and qualified personnel noted in the statement of work to be eligible for award. QUOTATIONS MUST INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE COMPANY’S CAPABILITY TO MEET THESE STANDARDS.
DLA anticipates an award by 16 June 2023.
