This is a presolicitation market survey. Please see attachments and links for the complete announcement.
Purpose
The purpose of this notice is to:
- Provide an update to anticipated NAS VoICE near-term market research and acquisition schedules.
- Provide draft documents and request feedback on Section 2, FAA Anticipated GPC:
- Attachment 01, Draft GPC System Specification, dated February 13, 2023. This is the third release of the draft document.
- Attachment 02, Draft GPC Analog Interphone Interface Requirements Document (IRD), dated February 13, 2023. This is the third release of the draft document.
- Request feedback on Section 3, GPC Capabilities and Transition Strategies.
- Request feedback on Section 4, Sources Sought/Solicitation of Interest.

All costs associated with the preparation or submission of responses is the responsibility of the potential source. The U.S. Government will not pay for an information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Any cost associated with the market survey submission, therefore, is solely at the interested vendor’s expense.
