Description

This not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. Imaging Services, Radiation Oncology Service located at 9102 Floyd Curl, San Antonio, TX 78240 has established a need for this software for assistance in the treatment planning of VA patients. Before starting a patient on radiotherapy, each radiation dose is calculated by a dosimetrist to create their treatment plan. It is a standard of care that every radiotherapy plan has a secondary safety plan calculation to verify accurate dosing is planned before treatment starts. This needs to be done by an independent software program. The contractor shall complete delivery of all associated licenses and equipment. Train technologists on the proper use of software if needed. Fulfill service contract obligations for the initial year and following years that contract is renewed, commissioning (if required) as required under this SOW in seven (7) calendar days or less from the required delivery date, as specified by the COTR, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). The software will contain at a minimum (1) Radiation Treatment Planning Base program, (2) RTP / TPS Import Utility, (3) IMRT Validation Utility, and (4) Region of Interest (ROI) Module. Each subscription period will include the following services at a minimum: Unlimited phone support during regular business hours, including consultations relating to changes in treatment planning systems and network setup and installation assistance. 24/7 web support through restricted access web site accessible. Software updates for all modules The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 513210 Software Publishers, Service Code (PSC) is H958- Other Quality Control, Testing, and Inspection Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment. The service maintenance agreement shall cover one (1) base year and 4 option years with a start date of January 13, 2025 through January 12, 2026. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), DUNS Number, address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar services have been provided to. Contractors should provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Contract Opportunities website https://sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement.
