United States Department of Agriculture USDA - has a requirement in the Coronado National Forest and intends to issue a commercial solicitation, for Vault Toilet Pumping Services IDIQ.
The resulting contract(s) will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and conformance with Sub- Contractor Data. The anticipated award date is on or about January 31, 2024.
The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. Any and all amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the offer.
Vendors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quote shall include the following:
Price per vault.
The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. "LPTA" means the expected outcome of the acquisition that result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluation are: Price, and must also have satisfactory Past Performance.
You must be current with SAM Registration at time of award. List your Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. E-invoicing service through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 562991
Septic Tank and Related Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $ 9 million.
Solicitation issue date is on or about December 21, 2023. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about January 05, 2024. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM.gov Internet address is: https://sam.gov.
