Description
Firehouse #3 on JBLM, WA is in need of remodel and repair. See attachements for details on the needed repairs and alterations.
AMENDMENT 0001 - Change the site visit date from 05 September 2022, to 06 September 2022. See attached amendment for details on the change.
AMENDMENT 0002 - Addition of the Instructions to Offerors that was erroneously left out of the solicitation and change the quote time due from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. See attached amendment for details on the change. Additionally, the Wage Determination applicable to this requirement has been attached.
AMENDMENT 0003 - Extension of quote submission to 14 SEPTEMBER 2022. Q&A covered under the site visit will be posted. Sign in sheet from the site visit is posted.
ANOUNCEMENT - 13 Sep 2022 - It is noted that the current bathroom design is not technically ADA compliant. Per a DoD Memorandum issued October 31, 2008, the Firehouse is one of a few exempt locations for this requirement. There is no need to be concerned with the need for ADA compliance at this location.
