AFN-BC Radio Programming

The Defense Media Activity (DMA), American Forces Network (AFN) Radio Division intends to award a single purchase order to Promo Only, Inc, 222 S Westmonte Dr, Ste 311-323, Altamonte Springs, Florida, 32714 to provide regular and consistent access via secure web-based download, to newly released current "hit" music for replay on radio outlets of AFN.

The regulatory authority which permits this single source for this procurement is  implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Justification and Approval. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 512250: Record Production and Distribution and the small business size standard is 250. The Product Service Code (PSC) code is T016: Photo/Map/Print/Publication—Audio/Visual. The anticipated award date is April 2022.

This action is to acquire regular and consistent access via secure web-based download, to newly released current "hit" music for replay on radio outlets of AFN. Previously purchased via Government Purchase Card.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT/SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.

All responses received by 10:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 21 Febuary 2023 will be considered by the Government. of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
