Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Rochester, Minnesota has issued the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision Elevator Maintenance Services for the Federal Medical Center Rochester located in Rochester, Minnesota.  It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in award of a single indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices.  Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government.  The successful contractor shall provide full service elevator maintenance program.  The contractor must possess at a minimum all applicable licenses, certifications per local, state and federal regulations.  The contract shall consist of a 12 month base period and the possibility of four 12 month option periods.    All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this website.  Interested parties will be responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.  Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available.  The website (SAM.gov) provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.  The anticipated date for receipt of bids is 2:00 p.m. CT on September 18, 2024.  The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333921.  This requirement will be unrestricted.  All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.  The website for the registration is www.sam.gov.  Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
