Notice of Intent to award to sole source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) (cage code 1KRB6), 520 N. Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, IL, 60068. ASSP will be able to provide corporate membership and access to ANSI safety standards to the society. ASSP is the sole source of this membership and the sole provider of updates and technical support in North America.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 15 May 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.
A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
