1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Office of Human Capital Services, intends to solicit quotes for HR Staffing and Security Operations Support Services. A Performance Work (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 36C10D24R0009. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541612 (Human Resources Consulting Services), and the small business size standard is $29.0M. This procurement is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-aside. All VOSB Offerors must be certified in the Small Business Administration VetCert database https://veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time they submit their proposal to be considered for award. 3.
