Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Office of Human Capital Services, intends to solicit quotes for HR Staffing and Security Operations Support Services. A Performance Work (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 36C10D24R0009. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541612 (Human Resources Consulting Services), and the small business size standard is $29.0M. This procurement is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-aside. All VOSB Offerors must be certified in the Small Business Administration VetCert database https://veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time they submit their proposal to be considered for award. 3. The intended contract period will be a base period plus four one-year option periods. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://sam.gov. The tentative solicitation issue date is June 26, 2024, and the anticipated closing date is July 16, 2024. Interested Offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offerors from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (541612) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
