Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for Sine Pare Platform. The NAICS code is 541330 for this procurement.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1500 11 November 2022 to kristen.colyer@socom.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. 

This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement. 
 
Any responses received no later 1500 11 November 2022 will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary.
