Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, intends to issue a solicitation 15B31323Q00000016 for the requirements of: all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to remove approximately 6,000 square feet of VCT tile and apply an epoxy broadcast flake system 30 mils thick on the training building floor located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160. FCI Talladega will provide pdf or Tiff of the Bureau logo that will be placed in the floor which will be sealed into the broadcast flake system. The contractor is responsible for producing the logo and incorporating it into the concrete. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, past performance being rated higher than price. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 11, 2023 and will be posted to the SAM.gov website: www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 02, 2023. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
