Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source bridge award for a six-month period to BRMi Corporation for change management support services. This requirement is a bridge contract to existing PBGC Order No. 16PBGC-18-F-0065. The recompete for the next iteration of change management & agile transformation support services is currently underway with a projected award date of June 2024. Therefore, this six-month bridge contract (which will include a base period of 4 months (3/14/24 – 7/13/24) and an option period of 2 months (7/14/24 – 9/13/24)) will allow for the continuation of services until the resultant contract is awarded. The requirement is anticipated to be placed using FAR Part 8 procedures against General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 54151S.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Rather, this is a notice of intent to award sole source to BRMi Consulting, Inc. A determination to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
