This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, in conjunction with FAR subpart 13.5, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular: 2022-08, 09/23/2022.

This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses (SB).

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, with a business size standard of 1,000. The FSC/PSC is 6830.
