Description

  1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

  1. Solicitation number is NA-AJ5720-22-00390 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

  1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05, effective 03/07/2022.

  1. The associated NAICS code is 22115.

  1. Responses are due by 12:00 PM (noon) EST, August 25, 2022 via email to Emi Sato (emi.sato@noaa.gov) and copy Megan Whipple (megan.whipple@noaa.gov). There will be no exception to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Contracting Officer. The quote must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of submission.

  1. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted via email by 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Thursday, August 18, 2022 to Emi Sato (emi.sato@noaa.gvo) and copy Megan Whipple (megan.whipple@noaa.gov).

NOTE: Parts 1 through 6 of the attached RFQ will be included in the award.
