This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911RX‐23-Q-0023 and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05‐87.

This is a small business set aside. The associated NACIS code is 561492 ‐ Court Reporting and the small business size standard is $19 Million.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Riley, Kansas intends to award a minimum of Two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for court reporter services and related supplies. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non‐personal services necessary to perform court reporter services at Fort Riley Kansas as defined in the Section 5.2 Performance Work Statement (PWS). Description of agreement. This is a “Blanket Purchase Agreement” (BPA). It is established in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303 and Subpart 16.7. A BPA is “a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing ‘charge accounts’ with qualified sources of supply.” FAR 13.301‐1(a).
