Description

A. Project Title: (MATOC) Multiple Award Task Order Contract-Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
B. This acquisition is 100 Percent Total Small Business Set-Aside. The sample project is under NAICS Code 236220; Size Standard $36.5M
C. Ordering Period is for five years with an Option to Extend Services IAW FAR 52.217-8.
D. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $1,000.00. The awardee's guaranteed minimum w ill be satisfied by attendance to the MATOC Post-Award Conference.
E. The Demonstration project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1M. The demonstration project is for evaluation purposes only.
F. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire MATOC program shall not exceed $75M
G. Reference Section L- "Instructions, Conditions and Notices to offerors: for proposal preparation and Section M-Evaluation Factors for award".
H. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled for 22 August 2022 at 1000 CST. It will be held at:
295 Steen Blvd, Bldg 242,
Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205.
The conference will include visiting the demonstration project location.
