Description

C-5 Ram Air Turbopump (RAT)

The Air Force has a requirement to repair the C-5 Ram Air Turbopump for use by the United States Air Force (USAF) in support of the C-5 Galaxy cargo aircraft.

Synopsis for this requirement is being issued by AFSC/PZAAB (FA8538).

The intent of this acquisition is to establish a five (5) year contract consisting of a one year basic and four (4) one-year ordering
periods.

Interested parties SHALL be registered in the Joint Certification Program and approved to view Export Control, and SHALL submit evidence of their certification in order to obtain the associated technical data packages.

The Government owns repair technical data for the RAT Pump in the form of a Technical Order (T.O) 9P12-6-3. The Government does not own the rights to the item specific test equipment.
