Description
BLM-CO Stock Trailers for Wild Horse Program - Amend 2
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the period of the solicitation close date by five days from 19 April to 24 April 2024. CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 are amended to add acceptability of up to 20 foot trailers as an approved variance. The maximum acceptable delivery date is now eight weeks after receipt of order (ARO).
The BLM requires three trailers with separate delivery addresses to be provided and delivered in accordance with the salient characteristics included under each line item.
Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov at time of offers due
2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery
3. Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures
4. Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses
5. Total Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 336212 Size Std: 1000 employees
6. Basis of Award - Price Only
Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Quote:
1. Filled in, dated, priced and signed SF1449
2. Technical description of the trailers you are offering showing how they meet or exceed the specifications.
3. Email both items above to the POC below no later than the offers due date.
