Description
Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the Statement of Work.

This is a solicitation adhering to the requirements of FAR Part 13.5 for full and open competition. The Library of Congress (Library) requires the procurement and construction of three (3) media recording sound booths and the dissassembly/reassembly and relocation of one(1) media recording sound booth. Offerors must propose in both performance areas. Any offerors that only propose in one performance area shall be ineligible for award. The contractor is required to schedule and preform two (2) preliminary site visits before contract award. Attendance to the two preliminary site visits are mandatory to compete on this requirement. This is a Best Value Trade-Off approach competition. Please see attached.
