THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES SOLICITING THIS REQUIREMENT AS AN 8(A) SET-ASIDE FOR A POTENTIAL IDIQ CONTRACT.

THE GOVERNMENT REQUESTS CAPABILITY STATEMENTS (NOT TO EXCEED 3 PAGES) PROVIDING THEIR CAPABILITY TO PERFORM THE TASKS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED PWS AND ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS POSED IN THE "SSN QUESTIONS FOR ANALYSIS AND STUDIES IDIQ" ATTACHMENT.  RESPONSES SHALL BE PROVIDED TO BRENDA.M.BARNEY.CIV@ARMY.MIL AND TARA.E.HENDERSON2.CIV@ARMY.MIL NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME ON 8 JULY 2024.
