Filler, Packing, Preform, 155mm - Projectiles M116, M825, M1121, M1124

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is using this sources sought notice to conduct market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Filler, Packing, Preform, 155mm for M116, M825, M1121, M1124 projectiles in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5-year Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) to one contractor who has the capability to fulfill this requirement.  Applicable technical data includes Drawing 9378246, Revision K, dated 28 August 2014 (Distribution Statement A).  A certificate of analysis (COA) will be required to meet requirements in accordance with ASTM D2000.  Estimated guaranteed minimum contract quantity is 45,000 each and maximum contract quantities is 425,000 each.

Request survey respondents include their ability to fulfill the technical requirement along with past performance information.  Interested companies should also include whether they have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and business size information as it applies to NAICS code 326199.  Request respondents also include their cage code.
