Description
Amendment 0003 was posted 1/4/2024 canceling the subject solicitation due to administrative errors discovered in the solicitation documents.
Solicitation 36C26024R0007 for project 648-22-102 Correct Security Deficiencies for the Portland and Vancouver VA Healthcare Systems was posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on 3 November 2023. VAMC seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, commissioning, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform services required for the following work: 1.Furnish and Install nine (9) new duress alarms in Portland VAMC Building 100 and Vancouver VAMC Buildings 11 and 12. 2.Replace four (4) existing duress alarms Portland VAMC Building 101 and Vancouver VAMC Building 15. 3.Furnish and install a total of seven (7) new prox card readers and a total of seven (7) door hardware sets at seven (7) designated locations in Portland VAMC Buildings 100 and 104and Vancouver VAMC Buildings 15 and 18. 4.Furnish and install two (2) new Intrusion Detection Alarm Systems and required components in Portland VAMC Building 6 and Vancouver VAMC Building and 16. NOTE: Installation locations for all new duress alarms, prox card readers, door hardware, and Intrusion Detection Alarm Systems and required components are specified in the project drawings. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
