Description

Vendor shall deliver, install, and provide training for a Steady State, Phosphorescence Lifetime, and Fluorescence Lifetime Spectrometer, quantity one (1) as specified below. Training is to be provided for up to two (2) operators.

  • 830 grooves/mm – blaze 1200nm

Quantity 1 - Order Sorting Filter for 1250 nm

Quantity 1 – 375 nm Pulsed Diode Laser

  • With 60 ps or shorter pulse width

Quantity 1 – 405 nm Pulsed Diode Laser

  • With 55 ps or shorter pulse width

Quantity 1 – 475 nm Pulsed Diode Laser

  • With 90 ps or shorter pulse width

Quantity 1 – TE Cooled Sample Holder

  • Minimum Range -40° - +105°C

Quantity 1 – Integrating Sphere

  • Sphere must be fully integrated in the instrument’s sample compartment to avoid coupling losses via fiber optics
  • Must include software for automated quantum yield calculations

Additional Criteria:

  • Show sensitivity of >35,000:1 for Signal-to-Noise Ratio of the water Raman signal measured with 350nm excitation at 397nm and 1-second integration
  • Show 100ps or better time response with diode laser excitation and time correlated single photon counting detection.
  • Show quantum yield measurement with sample chamber mounted integrating sphere.
  • Show visible detected anisotropy measurement capability.
  • Show Janis cryostat integration including software communication with a LakeShore temperature controller.
