40 Foot Patrol Boats

UPDATE 08/30/2023 *** This notice is hereby updated to notify industry that the Final RFP (N0002423R2275) has been posted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). For any questions that were submitted by industry in response to the Draft RFP posted on SAM.gov that did not receive a response from the Government and for which Offerors are still seeking an answer, it is the Offerors' responsibility to resubmit the questions in accordance with the instructions outlined in the Final RFP (N0002423R2275) posted via PIEE.

This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Solicitation for up to seventy-three (73) 40 Foot Patrol Boats. The full solicitation is attached to this announcement along with twenty (20) attachments. Of the 20 attachments, seventeen (17) are attachments to the RFP, two (2) are the redacted version of the Brand Name Class Justification and Approval and associated enclosure and one (1) is the Terms of Use Agreement. Prospective Offerors will be required to complete and submit the Terms of Use Agreement attachment in order to gain access to the remaining RFP attachments that are not provided in this announcement. Any further amendments to this RFP will appear on the PIEE website.
