9/21/2021- Posting the synopisis to allow for the minimum 15 days notice that the final RFP is to be published to be bid upon.  The Type 3 solicitation will be issued first, followed by the Type 1 and the Type 2 solicitation which will follow shortly.  Second, posting additional questions, and a reminder that there is a virtual breifing offered on the 29th of September, see 9/13/2021 attachment for those details.

9/4/2021- Second Draft RFP is revised and is posted along with questions and answers are posted, and the schedule of items workbook.  This is still in draft mode and we will be issuing a synopisis in the near future.  Be sure to download and save to your computer the workbook, or it may not show the full funcitonality.

This is a draft solicitation for vendor review.  This is a MATOC and will be replacing all CWN and EU contracts for the USFS.  Please note the changes in the evaluation process and specification changes identified in section B.  Please offer any and all comments to the Contracting Officer via email.  Also note the clauses are not current, however represent what to expect and will be updated before final release.  Pricing has two representative charts.  The first is for your CWN, the second will be for Task Orders that will be up to a total of one base year and four options.  The pricing schedule will be included in the final release.  The current pricing schedule shown is incomplete and only there to give an example of what to expect.
