Description

This amendment is issued to notify all potential vendors of the
Government’s acquisition strategy. In accordance with FAR 7.102(a)(4)
Agencies shall perform acquisition planning and conduct market
research for all acquisitions in order to promote and provide for—
Appropriate consideration of the use of pre-existing contracts, including
interagency and intra-agency contracts, to fulfill the requirement, before
awarding new contracts. The Government will use its existing indefinite
delivery type contract to procure the services listed in this sources sought
as our acquisition strategy.
