Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires replacement navigation lights for NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer brand name or equal to Perko.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00408 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.

(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 335139, Floodlights Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.

(v) Line items are as follows:  All lights shall be brand name or equal to Perko and must be equivalent in form, fit, and function.

CLIN 1:  One (1) Each 1487R00BLK, Red Sidelight Double Stack.

CLIN 2:  One (1) Each 1487G00BLK, Green Sidelight Double Stack.

CLIN 3:  Four (4) Each 1488000BLK, White Masthead Double Stack.

CLIN 4:  One (1) Each 1489000BLK, White Stern Double Stack.

CLIN 5:  One (1) Each 1489M00BLK, Yellow Towing Double Stack.

CLIN 6:  Two (2) Each 149000BLK, White All-Round Double Stack.

CLIN 7:  Four (4) Each 1480R00BLK, Red All-Round Single Stack.

CLIN 8:  Two (2) Each 1480000BLK, White All-Round Single Stack

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:  The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 - 8 per the attached statement of need.

(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
