Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Ghana will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The requirement is for the providing of internet services to the U.S. Embassy Accra, Ghana. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value using comparative evaluation authorized under FAR 13.106-2(b) (3).
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
