Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), a contract for Data Analysis Services for the 72nd Test Squadron.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the small business size is $47 million dollars. The assigned Service Code is R425.


This requirement is for data analysis services. This requirement is a follow-on contract for data analysis services. The contractor shall perform analysis on information gathered from the Adaptable Communications Suite (ACS). Perform a Harpoon Test Set on each aircraft to determine hardware status and functionality. The contractor will also provide necessary technical data in support of all test objectives and operation of hardware including setup procedures. The vendor will also provide necessary support for launch, recover, and analysis of collected data to make informed decisions on the performance, identification, and use of vendor hardware/software installed on the aircraft during tests.


Award will be made on or after 21 September 2024.


Intended awardee is BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc.
