Evaluation Of Options

JUL 1990

Evaluation Factors

1. Technical Acceptability – To be technically acceptable, the Offer must provide information as specified in the attached Scope of Work. Each submittal will be evaluated to ensure requirements are met. The responsiveness and quality of information delivered by the Technical Service Department contacts provided shall also be considered in evaluating technical acceptability.

The following Technical Factor Ratings are used for evaluation and award will be made with appropriate consideration based upon the evaluation factors described below:

Table A-1. Technical Acceptability

2. Past Performance – The Government intends to evaluate the past performance of the six bidders on similar projects, based on the information provided by them in their respective responses. An acceptable rating is required to be considered for award.

Table A-2. Past Performance Evaluation Ratings

Rating

Description

Acceptable

The Government reserves the right to ask questions of offerors if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.
