Golf Cart for Kwajalein

The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota AFB, hereby submits an intent to award the Golf Cart requirement as a sole source requirement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Guahan Ventures Inc, under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) wherein the circumstances of the proposed contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

Guahan Ventures Inc, has sold similar products to the United States Government and is able to meet the government’s needs.
