Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitations for Commercial Items", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This annoucement constitutes as the only solicitation: quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation  is a Request for Quote (RFQ).  The solicitation document RFQ-22-1200-TravelMeds and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95, effective January 10, 2022.

This solicitation is a total small business set-aside.  The associated North  American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424210, with a small business size standard of $14 million.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) will be issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for twelve  month base with (4) 12 month option periods for International Travel Medication associated with NAICS code 424210, with a small business size standard of $14 million.  This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
