Description

Looking for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).  

Purpose

The purpose of this Delivery Order is to purchase and install push button/automatic door openers for rooms 141, 132, 107, and 108 at the Sioux Falls VA Regional Office, 2501 W 22nd St, Building 38, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.  The purchase and installation of the push button/automatic door openers will complete a Reasonable Accommodation request for an employee.

Scope of Work

The service can be completed during normal business hours (8:00am-4:30pm).  Services and supplies required are:

  • 4 – Heavy Duty Swing Door Operator (Furnished & Installed)
  • Doors 141, 132, 107 & 108
  • Dark Bronze Adonized Finish
  • Header
  • ADA Compliant
  • Pull Arms
  • Standard Rocker Switches
  • Electric Door Relays
  • 1 year warranty on parts and labor

  • 8 – Remote Control Push Plates
  • Connect the door operator’s/push buttons to PIV card readers
  • Power provided by Electrician
  • Prefer Stanley remote control push plates and Stanley Magic Force Heavy Duty Swing Door operators
