BLDG 32 Renovation Natick Massachusetts

This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Presently, funding is available for CLIN 0001 but not CLIN 0002 as identified on the attached solicitation.We ask that offerors propose on both CLINs should the Government obtain additional funding for CLIN 0002. The potential awardee shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation of BLDG 32 as described in the attached Contract Documents to this solicitation. The location of the work will be at Building 32 MWR, located at the US Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), General Greene Avenue (formerly Kansas St.), Natick, MA, 01760. Offerors will be required to attend a site visit at no cost to the US Government. See the attached documents within this posting to guide you on your submittal.
