AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND DUE DATE TO AUGUST 25, 2022 AT 1630 MT

Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery, incidentals, and all necessary valid licenses and qualifications for the following:

As part of Bid Item 2, the contractor shall prepare and fully encapsulate the floors of Bunkhouse 1 and Bunkhouse 2 (hereafter referred to jointly as the barracks) with epoxy resin, to effectively prevent future friability of the existing vinyl floor til

1.    Existing vinyl flooring materials in the barracks are suspected to contain asbestos, and the contractor shall take appropriate precautions during all stages of work;
   1. With the exception of portions of the floor currently covered with grouted ceramic tile, the contractor shall clean and prepare all flooring throughout the barracks, and install a new resinous flooring system with cove base; and
   2. The contractor shall fully clean up all work areas, restore any damaged property, and de-mobilize all equipment, materials, and waste products from the project site.

This project is located along Highway 165 just South of the Lake Isabel dam at the Lake Isabel Work Center. Drawing Sheet G-01 contains further information regarding  the site location.
