Description
Replacement of existing faucets and shower mixing valves with associated wall/floor/ceiling finish repairs throughout the medical center. Removal of domestic water dead legs with associated wall/floor/ceiling finish repairs in all buildings. Replacement of domestic hot water heaters, water softeners, backflow preventers and associated pumps, valves, piping and other domestic water components in Buildings 1W, 1E, 28, 31, and 22. The domestic water supply in Building 1W will be demoed and supplied from Building 28 with all associated hot water heaters, water softeners, backflow preventers and all associated pumps, valves, piping required. Replacement of isolation valves for hot and cold-water risers and branches in Building 1E and 1W.
