Description
AMENDMENT 4: PROVIDE UPDATED PWS WITH CLARIFICATION ON PHASE IN PLAN SUBMISSION (5 DAYS AFTER CONTRACT AWARD), AND PHASE IN PLAN REQUIREMENTS (SEE ATTACHMENT 4 PWS SECTION 4.9 FOR MORE DETAILS. THESE AMENDMENT CHANGES SUPERCED ALL Q&A ANSWERS. NO FURTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THIS TIME.
AMENDMENT 3: PROVIDE RESPONSES TO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE UPDATED ATTACHMENT 1, PRICING WORKBOOK. NO FURTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THIS TIME.
AMENDMENT 2: EXTEND CLOSING DATE TO 14 OCT 22. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO INDUSTRY Q&A AND UPDATE SOLICITATION BASED ON RESPONSES. MODIFICATION DOCUMENT AND UPDATED SOLICITATION/PWS ARE ATTACHED.
