JOFOC - Evaluation of Transition Supports for Youth with Disabilities

The Department of Education, Office of Finance and Operations (OFO), Contracts and Acquisitions Management, located at 550 12th Street SW, Washington, D.C., 20202, is providing special notice of the contract award modification made to American Institutes for Research (AIR), to continue to refine the provider materials to be used in strategy one and strategy two to facilitate implementation consistent with the study goals and to use as information for recruiting study sites and to obtain extant data during the latter phases of the study. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a) (2), Limited Sources. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR 6.305(b).  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract modification is solely within the discretion of the Government.
