Description

The purpose of amendment one (1) is to extend offer due date, conduct an additional site visits and extend vendor question period. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.


- Offer w ill be due no later than Friday 04 March 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST).
- Site visits w ill be held on Wednesday, 02 March, 2022
- Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 02 March 2022 @ 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).

Request for Quote (RFQ) for Pest Control Services for various facilities in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.


The purpose of amendment two (2) is to open this solicitation as a 100% small business set aside. All other terms and conditions of the  solicitation remain unchanged.


-    Offer w ill be due no later than Monday 14 March 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST).
-    Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10 March 2022 @ 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).

The purpose of amendment three (3) is to respond to vendor questions and extend quote due date. All other terms and conditions of the  solicitation remain unchanged.


-    Offer will be due no later than Thursday 17 March 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST).

The purpose of Amendment four (4) is to remove the Small Business set aside and extend the offer due date. This is now Full and Open competition.

      -Offer will be due no later than 28 March 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST).

The purpose of this Amendment five (5) is to incorporate the most recent wage determination and extend quote due date. Please see W911SA-22-Q-3010 Attachment 7 - Wage Determinations- Updated.


- Quotes are due no later than 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on 30 March 2022.
