Description
The Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) located at 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, MO has a requirement to upgrade their vertical hollow shaft (VHS) deep well motor soft start device with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This upgrade to a VFD over a soft start will allow CERC to have the ability to control the speed of the motor, controlled starting and stopping of the motor, dynamic torque control, pump operation curve monitoring, and efficiency.
