Update 06 December 2024: A corrected version of Attachment 14, Section M has been uploaded. The version uploaded on 05 December 2024 as part of Amendment 0001 was uploaded in error. Please utilize this version for bidding purposes.
Update 05 December 2024: The Government has issued Amendment 0001, effective 05 December 2024. Per this amendment, the Government has updated multiple attachments stemming from questions that were submitted in response to the original solicitation. More specifically, the amendment accomplishes the following: 1) Updates Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement, 2) Updates Attachment #7 C/P workbook, 3) Updates Attachment #9 Questions and Answers Form, 4) Updates Attachment #13 Section L, 5) Updates Attachment #14 Section M, 6) Updates Attachment #15 Past Perf. Questionnaire, 7) Adds Attachment #18 - DA Form 2408 Equipment Inspection List to Section J, 8) Adds Attachment 19- Historical CDRL A006 Data to Section J, and 9) Extends the proposal due date to 12:00 EST 19 Dec 2024.
Update 26 November 2024: The Government is currently reviewing questions submitted in response to the solicitation. Answers to these questions will be posted to sam.gov on or around 04 December 2024, or sooner. Upon review of the questions and the RFP, it was noted that the due date in Attachment 15 - Performance Assessment Questionnaire was incorrect. The due date has been corrected and the updated attachment has been uploaded to sam.gov. This attachment will be officially incorporated in Amendment 01.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Product Manager Forces Training Systems (PdM FTS), seeks proposals in support of the following requirement.
Special Operations Forces Training, Engineering and Maintenance Support (SOF TEAMS) IV seeks to provide hardware and software maintenance, logistics, administration, and minor engineering enhancements to the Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) effort that supports the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR(A)), located at Fort Campbell, KY. The Special Operations Aviation (SOA) TADSS supports the unique mission of the 160th SOAR(A) to equip, train, validate and employ SOA forces worldwide in support of contingency missions, the Joint Task Force Commander, and Theater Special Operations Commands. The TADSS support both real-world mission rehearsal, incident investigation and rated / non-rated aircrew training requirements.
This solicitation is being solicited Full and Open under NAICS Code 541330 Exception 01 (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons), with a Small Business Size Standard of $47.0M. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is J069 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Training Aids and Devices). The resultant C-Type contract will be for five years and will include a 12-month base with four (4) 12-month options.
All questions in response to this solicitation and its attachments shall be directed via email to the POCs identified within Section L (Attachment 13) by NLT 1500 Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 22 November 2024. Questions received after this time/date will be answered at the Government’s discretion. Offerors shall utilize the Solicitation Question and Clarification Form (Attachment 9) for submitting questions. The Government will provide answers to questions via sam.gov.
Proposals in response to the Solicitation are due NLT 4:00 PM EST on 13 December 2024.
