This is an Intent to Sole Source notice with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. The NJARNG has a requirement to have soldiers trained to be certified instructors in Mental Health First Aid by the National Council of Wellbeing. The National Council for Mental Wellbeing is the only provider of this instructor certification in the UNited States. No other notice will be posted.
