The U.S. Government intends to exercise a lease renewal clause using other than full and
open competition for the Government that is expiring in Little Rock, AR at the Stephens
Building. The space must be located on the property, be contiguous, and all services,
supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the
rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety,
accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully
serviced lease is required.
