Description
Contractor shall comply with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Required ancillary tasks include carpet removal, floor preparation, and clean-up. The contractor shall ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform all functions. All carpet installation must be guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year for any defects in workmanship and materials.
Under this contract, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, administration, labor, and services necessary to purchase, remove, dispose of, maintain, repair, and install carpet and accessories as specified by the government, in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a neat, clean, and professional appearance. The work will occur in buildings 2245, 2246, 2304 and 8488 on the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado. All references to specifications within this Performance Work Statement (PWS) require the use of the most current editions of reference materials.
The requirement is anticipated to be a single purchase order. The anticipated period of performance (POP) is 30 September 2022 - 28 February 2023.
