Repairs will consist of drilling and grouting work to stabilize the existing breakwater, as well as some tree clearing, and minor stone placement. Repairs would likely be conducted by a barge-mounted crane, small operating equipment (front end loader, skid-steer, etc.) barges carrying rock, tugboats, and support vessels.
