Description
*THIS IS A DRAFT RFP.The government request comment and feedback from Industry. The Naval Air Warfare center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to issue a CPFF contract for Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL), an echelon four command of the Naval Air WarfareCenter - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) provides flight test engineering, programmatic, and administrative support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and is the cognizant authority for Test and Evaluation with participation in all phases of the air weapon systems life cycle management for manned and unmanned fixed wing, rotary wing, aerial and lighter-than-air vehicles.
