Description

Statement Of Work Title: PM and Repair Bobcat Equipment Place of Performance: VA Medical Center, Grounds Building #20, 200 Springs Road, Bedford MA 01730 Period Of Performance: 3/22/2024 to 6/01/2024 Vendor will perform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to the following Bobcat equipment. BOBCAT 750 - A3P211427 BOBCAT S570 - ALM416679 BOBCAT S150 #1 A3120166 BOBCAT S150 #2 A3LM416679 BOBCAT 753 - 515812262 BOBCAT UW56 B4RC12422 Full-Service maintenance contract to include all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and parts required to perform repair and preventive maintenance. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Contract must have proven access to manufacturers parts, manuals, and schematics needed to perform the service Upon completion of PM, the unit must be clearly labeled with a sticker stating the date the last PM was completed and the due date of the next PM. At the completion of each service report will clearly show the date of service, type of service performed, model, serial numbers, name of field technicians(s), a description of the work performed, and a list of any parts replaced. All documentation shall be electronically transmitted to the POC. All work, when possible, is to be performed on-site at the VA Medical Center, Grounds Building #20, 200 Springs Road, Bedford MA 01730. All work will be performed by a John Deere Authorized repair facility or John Deere Trained Technicians If the equipment needs to be brought to the contractors repair facility, the contractor will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of the equipment. . All work will be performed during normal working hours Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. Any requests to perform work outside these hours will require the approval of the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), and will be at no additional cost to the Government. If the Government requests emergency service to be performed after normal business hours, premium overtime service rates would apply. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits & procedures when applicable, such as hot work permits for any cutting, welding, brazing & grinding conducted on-site. Additional work found during normal service and preventative maintenance, and any work that will require extensive time and materials, must receive prior approval of the Contracting Officer. All debris, fluids, and any other hazardous waste collected as part of the service, shall be properly disposed of off-site. Contractor shall follow all applicable Local, State & Federal requirements for proper disposal. No tools or equipment shall be left unattended at any time, and the Contractor shall inform his employees to be aware of patient, staff and vehicle traffic at or near the job site. All work shall be coordinated through the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). No changes to this Scope of Work without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer.
