THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located 1808 W. Aztec Ave, Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Radiology Medical Supplies that consist of Ulrich 24 Hour Pump Tubing, Ulrich CT Motion Spike Set, and Ulrich Single Patient Tubing 250cm. with a delivery date of 30 days. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00091 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by May 31, 2024.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need and price.  Quotes will be due on or by June 06, 2024.  The acquisition is unrestricted.
