PROJECT TITLE: Project #586-400, G.V. Montgomery V.A. Medical Center Parking Garage, Design Build RFP, Jackson, Mississippi
This proposed procurement is Set-Aside for 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB): NAICS 236220
"Commercial and Institutional Building Construction" with a size standard of $36,500,000.00.
This is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Two (2) Phase Design-Build (DB) Construction Solicitation utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff Process.
Contractors are requested to review requirements and instructions for a Two (2) Phase Design-Build (DB) selection in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). This is PHASE I of the solicitation process. PHASE II of the solicitation w ill be issued as an amendment and only be available to those Offerors selected to advance from PHASE I to PHASE II.
The estimated value of the proposed work is over $10,000,000.00.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, for designing and constructing the G.V. Montgomery Medical Center Parking Garage.
Principal features of the work include design, construction of the parking garage with associated relocations and site work, and off-site parking services.
Plans and specification will be available on the Web Page at https://sam.gov/. Offerors may register on the Interested Vendor’s List (IVL) at https://sam.gov and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Offerors are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to posted solicitations. Prosals Due Date on or about: 03 FEBRUARY 2022; 1400PM CST
