Description
UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE: This request for quote is for pricing only. Funds are not presently available for this Requirement. The Governments obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. Quotes valid through 30 Sep 2022 are requested.
Electrical Lateral Investigation, testing and Diagnosis of MV Feeders to support reliable electrical power and minimize power outage aircraft safety requirements, outlined in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 91-212, on Selfridge ANGB, MI. The contractor’s staff shall be fully qualified, professional, and customer service oriented and shall have previous experience of this kind of work. The contractor shall ensure quality work performance in accordance with (IAW) applicable standards and guidelines. The contractor shall follow all OSHA safety lock out tag out procedures for all work and test, inspect/ diagnose the condition of Selfridge medium voltage feeders and provide report of their condition. Coordination with POC and Base Electrical Maintenance shop for all planned power outages. Weekend work shall be required for testing. All testing shall be non-destructive and shall be done in accordance with ANSI/IEEE, UFC, NETA standards and NEC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary.
